The Telepathy Center

Concept portrait of a person listening through headphones by a sunlit window.

Practice

One place to practice.

Sound, breath, voice, energy and stillness, gathered in rooms you can move between. Learn a method. Put a few together. Sit with it, and notice what changes. When you’re curious, test it.

What are you reaching for?

Start with what you want. We’ll point you to a room.

The rooms

Five rooms, each with its own feel. The controls stay the same, so you can move between them easily.

  1. Sound

    Listen.

    Attention through sound.

Listening, rhythm and sound that your mind can follow. Sound can carry a whole sequence, or be the practice itself.

    • Listening and attention
    • Rhythm and entrainment
    • Building a sound environment
  2. Breathwork

    Find your rhythm.

    Breath and awareness.

Notice the breath, then try guided rhythms at a pace that feels right. A good way to arrive before anything else.

    • Awareness of breathing
    • Guided rhythms
    • Breath before practice
  3. Entonement

    Explore resonance.

    Voice, listening and feeling.

A practice with your own voice: listening, holding a tone, and feeling it resonate. It can lead into listening, stillness or open awareness.

    • Listening to your voice
    • Tone and resonance
    • Voice within a sequence
  4. Energy Work

    Attend to the subtle.

    Sensation and embodied attention.

Practices of embodied attention, taught in the context of the traditions they come from. Notice what you feel, and keep it separate from what you make of it.

    • Sensation and attention
    • Practices in their traditions
    • Observation and reflection
  5. Trance & Meditation

    Deepen attention.

    Stillness, imagery and exploration.

Focused attention, open awareness, guided imagery and trance, step by step. Get to know a method well before you bring it into an experiment.

    • Foundations of attention
    • Open awareness and imagery
    • Guided trance

How it works

Learn it, live it, then look closer.

Every method here has worked for someone, somewhere, often for a very long time. We show you where each one comes from and how people have used it. What it does for you is yours to find out.

  1. Learn

Pick up a method, with its roots and the people who carried it.

  2. Combine

Put a few methods together into a sequence that fits your day.

  3. Practice

Go in. Take your time. Come back tomorrow.

  4. Reflect

Notice what changed, and write it down if you like.

  5. Experiment

Only if you want to: step into a sealed experiment and see what happens.

When you want to test it

Practice first. Then, if you like, an experiment.

After you practice, you can step into a sealed experiment. Whether practice changes how you do is one of the questions we’re here to study. It isn’t a promise.

  • Zener cards

Five symbols, twenty-five cards, sealed before your first call.

  • Two Minds

One of you sends, one of you receives, paired with someone you don’t know.

  • Remote viewing

Describe a target you can’t see, before it’s chosen.

  • Retrocausal influence

Hold an intention over random numbers that were sealed before you arrived.
