Rooted in Earth, Reaching for Truth
Consciousness research has spent decades accumulating evidence in laboratories while wisdom traditions have explored these same phenomena for thousands of years. We believe both perspectives are essential—the empirical branches growing from roots planted deep in human experience.
Our approach honors the scientific method while acknowledging that ancient cultures encoded profound insights about non-local consciousness in their practices, symbols, and teachings. Technology doesn't replace this wisdom—it grows from it.
Our mission is to democratize access to research-grade consciousness training tools, helping individuals remember abilities that have been documented across cultures and validated by modern science. We believe that as more people develop these capacities, humanity will shift toward a more connected, intuitive, and awakened way of being.

Our Approach
Three pillars guide everything we create
Scientific Rigor
Every protocol we implement comes from peer-reviewed research. We use validated methodologies from Stanford Research Institute, the Institute of Noetic Sciences, and leading consciousness laboratories worldwide.
Earth-Rooted Design
We reject the "cosmic AI" aesthetic that dominates consciousness tech. Our tools are designed to feel organic—grown from earth, not downloaded from space. Real consciousness work is grounded, embodied, and connected to nature.
Traditional Wisdom
Ancient cultures weren't just practicing superstition—they were encoding sophisticated knowledge about consciousness. We honor these traditions while translating their insights into accessible, modern frameworks.
Who we are
Two decades of direct experience. Built from the inside out.
Jordan Jozak
Co-Founder & CEOJordan is Co-Founder and CEO of The Telepathy Center. Shaped by firsthand experience in classified consciousness research and a deep love for trees and organic intelligence, Jordan leads TTC's mission to restore what was always ours: the ability to perceive beyond ordinary limits. At TTC retreats, he facilitates direct encounters with the psionic capacities most people only read about.
Lucas Pyle
Co-Founder & CSOLucas is a practicing animist with roots in the Hermetic tradition. Trained in non-local perception under former DoD remote sensor Angela Ford, his work sits at the intersection of ancient knowledge systems and rigorous laboratory methodology — treating both as engineering specifications, not metaphor. At TTC retreats, he guides participants through the lived mechanics of non-local perception: how to distinguish signal from noise, how to trust the quiet fragment over the loud certainty, and how to approach the whole process with equal parts discipline and play.
Research Collaborations
We work alongside researchers, labs, and independent scientists around the world. Some collaborations are public, some are quiet, and some are still being designed. If your work touches ours, we'd like to hear from you.

Where the work lands
Some of this work only lands in person. We run small-group retreats that bring the research tools, the practitioners, and the open questions into one room — for a few days at a time, in settings that support the kind of focus at-home training can't reach.
Retreats are the bridge between the curriculum and the lab: where ideas are felt and not just read, and where the field is explored together rather than alone.
